I am only giving this one star, because what happened. Please be Vigilant and AWARE with your belongings, purse, laundry, children,supplies even baskets. My two laundry baskets were stolen, while I was sitting in my car waiting for my clothes to dry, i’m still in shock! Immediately the worker Marquisha provided excellent customer service. Went to this laundry mat at 850, got to door at 853 after u loading my laundry to a locked door and attendant saying last wash load at 9 pm. Def still had 7 mins to get in and start my laundry. Very sad because I had to drive 15 mins to the one on Georgetown I used to go too. But in the end, the one on Georgetown worked out better and staff was helpful. Let people in till 9 pm, then 9-10pm you’re trapped there because the lady gets upset if you step outside to be on phone or smoke a cigs. As stated, I was there BEFORE 9pm. I... read more
