As the next door neighbor of one of their properties my experience is that Waveland does NOT maintain their properties and will not respond to calls or texts when their properties are damaged and pose a danger to the neighbors. Helene was months ago and jagged broken fencing with rusty protruding nails, that is on their property but borders on my elderly mother's yard, has been untouched. Impossible to get in touch with literally has an answering machine for everything and does not allow anyone to view homes without pulling their credit and THEY ASK IMMEDIATELY FOR YOUR BANK BALANCE BEFORE EVEN letting you see the home. Illegal & unprofessional for a rental. And to respond to you , you will never get an application from "Cauliflower" because it is illegal to pull someone's credit just to VIEW a property.
