As the next door neighbor of one of their properties my experience is that Waveland does NOT maintain their properties and will not respond to calls or texts when their properties are damaged and pose a danger to the neighbors. Helene was months ago and jagged broken fencing with rusty protruding nails, that is on their property but borders on my elderly mother's yard, has been untouched.
