First time going here & won’t be back! My daughter and I were in the store looking at glasses for 20 minutes with at least three employees standing around and not one offered to help us other than pointing at the kids glasses rack from behind the counter. We left and my 6 year old even asked “why did they help that other guy and not us??”

We do apologize for the miscommunication. Most patients like to select their frames at their own pace, and not feel pressured. Only the opticians can help with frame sales and so there might be a wait if another patient is being helped. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Dr Nguyen is awesome. The first optometrist I’ve trusted with my daughter since she was 5. Apparently she had been wearing the wrong prescription for over 7 years before I took her to see him! She’s about to turn 18 and has stated she will always travel to him for her eye exams even if she chooses to go to school out of state and live in Illinois (her words not mine) wonderful staff, always friendly and inviting.

Dr Nguyen was amazing. He is very approachable out going and friendly.I found out i have cataracts and he made me feel at ease and assured me that he will take great care of me and my husband as well. The staff was very friendly they made me feel as if i had been there many times and relaxed. I go back in 6 months. Best eye doctor ever. His bedside manner is very uplifting I wish all doctors enjoyed there work as much as he appears to.
Always pleasant and clean. Helpful and love how well he communicates during his visits. Answers my questions before I even ask and never seem inconvenienced.
