RecommendedWe were very pleased with our visit. They fit us in at last minute because my son had broken his glasses at school. We were so happy to hear that they could have the glasses ready for him the next morning so he wasn’t without too long for school. The customer service was excellent. Thank you.

I Have never felt like a doctor bates as much about my eyes health as He does.
The staff member that I encountered was incredibly RUDE! i had a few questions about the fees & she didn't want to explain it to me. She told me I can pay it or go else where. She made it very clear several times that they are not the only eye doctor in town and I can go somewhere else. All because I asked a question. I let her know that she was rude. She didn't care. I will not do business where employees treat customers like trash. — in Portland, Texas.
