We had a wonderful stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms
The hotel was ok I would say the car park needs barrier to keep cars safe. Hotel rooms need upgraded and breakfast bar needs upgraded too. But apart from that it was a ok place to stay at.
Absolutely disgusting hotel! We woke up the first morning to find ants crawling all over the bathroom, walls, our suitcases, all throughout the food we brought, and they even started getting in the bed! We went to the front desk to address the problem and they offered to move us to another, larger room. However, that room also had ants! We were completely disgusted and the man at the front desk how no idea how to fix this issue so we checked out a day early. Stayed 2 nights here. Our first experience of the USA and LA Couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay and a great location. New rooms, pool was great and the breakfast was also great! Highly recommend Will be our go to accommodation if we return to LA!
Despite conflicted reviews of this charming boutique beach hotel, everything worked out for us. Big clean and nice room, great customer service, filling continental breakfast free, comp shuttle and good free wifi. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
The room is huge, clean, large bathroom. The staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is the same as other hotel but it's nicely set up, use milk instead of creamer. Feel good to have a breakfast in a nice and clean place. If you have a car that's perfect. Only disadvantage is it's 28mins walk to Manhattan beach and the journey have a bit of slopes so it make harder for walk. Beach is beautiful and less commercial. Surrounding is good, eating , shopping, cafe, bar etc
