Wave Hill Breads Bakery makes all sorts of amazing bread and pastry! My favorite is the three-grain French Country Batard. I cannot wait to try everything that is baked there.

My sister and I took a bread making class there 10/17/15. All I can say is sign up ASAP.. We had the best time. If you have not tried their breads, you are missing out! Can't wait to take another class.
