Delicious fresh breads made with carefully sourced ingredients. The head baker, Tim, studied for decades in Italy and brings that expertise to Norwalk. My girlfriend and I took a class about making croissants. We were pleasantly surprised to be treated to Tim making incredible pizza as well!
Ginger molasses cookie dough is SOOO good. It’s pricey but worth it!!

Love everything about this bakery! The monkey bread is to die for. Sour Dough bread is soft and tender, the best around! I highly recommend anything from Wave Hill!
