RecommendedDelicious fresh breads made with carefully sourced ingredients. The head baker, Tim, studied for decades in Italy and brings that expertise to Norwalk. My girlfriend and I took a class about making croissants. We were pleasantly surprised to be treated to Tim making incredible pizza as well!
