We once had a great experience with Wausau homes in Illinois. Working with Wausau homes out of Ada, MI we cannot recommend. It was nightmare to communicate with Michael and we lost money. Broken promises. Stole our money.
Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable, answered all our questions during our first meeting, very reassuring, and we hope to build with him soon!
