RecommendedHave been going there for years. Very friendly staff and Dr. Long is very good. She has been very good to me.
They are willing to work with you on how often you need to get periodontal teeth cleanings, if your pockets into the gum line are stable over time and you follow their recommended daily care routine and processes.
Everyone is so kind, gentle and caring...also very covid conscious. I was very impressed with how they communicate what they are doing and what they are going to do....from the receptionist, the one who took x-rays, Dr. Adam, who is wonderful, and Wendy, who cleaned my teeth. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable.
YES!! I've been to a few dental clinics over the years trying to find the right one finally found it! Here they show that they care about the person & you don't just sit there while they clean and exam your teeth they interact with you. Everyone there is so friendly they have great staff!

Helpful and friendly. You are treated like family there. I always look forward to talking to Wendy and Dr. Long about concerts and supper clubs to eat at! My dentist retired years ago and I had a tough time finding a place I like, until Wausau Family Dental. I will remain a patient as long as they remain open!
They are friendly, professional and genuinely show compassion for their patients. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things but they make you feel comfortable and I'm at ease knowing I'm in great hands.
Always friendly and knowledgeable. They will quote prices for me ahead of time and work with what needs to be done now and what can wait. I know if I do have to have a procedure done I can trust it will be done right.
