I lived here for over a year, and I loved it. My husband and I may be moving back to the area soon, and plan on moving back to the Wausau Columns because we loved it so much. The owner/operator was beyond friendly and helpful, and did an excellent job of maintaining the apartments and the grounds. I would suggest the Wausau Columns to anyone! I am so surprised to see any negative reviews, I never had a single complaint, and neither did any of my neighbors.

BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!!! omg for the love of god, anyone who is thinking of renting these apartments, please go someplace else! The managment is totally useless, and do not do anything for you, the parking is beyond horrible, its mostly old people who complain about everything, the apartment is very old and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear anything and everything. I have been here for around 6 months and finally am leaving, I have no idea what this Jake person is talking about, but dude you must barely ever be ther... read more
I have lived at Wausau Columns for over a year and I love it! They have a nice swimming pool that is opened all summer and the management is awesome! Vi, Jerry and Joanne are the managers and when you call them for a repair it is done within 24 hours. The place is extremely clean and each building has a washer and dryer in the basement. I would highly recommend this complex. Bette Fernstrom
