RecommendedI just recently left the Wauregan after 6 years of stable and peaceful living. The area has grown in lockstep with The Wauregan's spirit. The staff genuinely care about the residents and being a peaceful pillar to the community. I loved everyday!
i deal with Melissa all the time she has a great personality and really loves her building and tenants, we repair all her windows and screens. she gets it done. i give her a 10 and who ever says otherwise is just straight lying.
Love living at The Wauregan! I moved here from the country so I was a little worried about the noise. It is quiet, the amenities are great, and management has been very helpful and polite. Also, maintenance is fantastic. I like the convenience of living here and there is lots to do.
I love being here at The Wauregan! I'm truly blessed to have found this place and to get to call these people my friends!!!!! I can't recommend this place enough.

Love living here. Management is awesome, the neighbors are all so friendly and you never have to worry about any issues with maintenance because they are there ASAP to fix any problem. If I have it my way, I'm staying here until we move to Vegas several years fro now.
