My husband and I started Shape under Dr Brooks care. She is a wonderful coach and her knowledge is amazing! We started on Memorial Day 2018. As a mother I have learned so much from Dr Alyssa. My son who is now 2 1/2 has never been a good sleeper. Ever since working with Dr Alyssa he has improved SO much. I can walk in there and she fixes something and then says, “Has he had a problem with xxx” I’m like uhhhh yes. She’s very brilliant and excellent at what she does.
