I started going to roots wholistic health during my first pregnancy. I’ve had really bad lower back and hip pain with both pregnancies and seeing Alyssa helped ease the pain in my back and hips. Both labors and deliveries went smooth but both my girls were gassy babies. After a few trips the gassiness wasn’t nearly as bad. I have/had an undiagnosed concussion for 1.5yrs until I saw Dr. Alyssa. She not only helped me determine what my issue was but has helped me make the proper changes to my diet and show me the best brain support supplements. Having the adjustments are amazing too. I have only been going for roughly 8 weeks and am seeing major changes (for me, based on where I started). I would absolutely recommend Roots Wholistic Health especially if you are in sports and have possible head injuries.

Alyssa was my saving grace while pregnant. Her adjustments provide the relief I need for daily life. In the past my fear was getting an adjustment that felt violent in nature as I had had in the past with other chiropractors, but Alyssas are very gentle and thorough.
