RecommendedAlways amazing staff!! anybody reading reviews should note the majority of negative comments came after 1 bad reaction from a Dr. That doctor apologized and was defending his incredible staff. (Look at the date of the reviews) I've taken my dog there for 4 years, wouldn't have it any other way!!!

cant believe the owner acted the way they did when faced with an issue. I will ensure no one I know ever goes here nor will I ever bring my pets here. completely ruined their reputation by their own hands!!!
Wouldn’t recommend. Staff seems nice enough. Procedures we had done were good. Owner is unbalanced and unprofessional when faced with conflict. As long as you don’t disagree with the owner, you’ll probably be fine. Hope it was just my single experience and not a norm. Sounds like he is taking some actions to correct. Hope they help.

Owner is absolutely unprofessional and believes he needs to take vacations from his customers, and neglects concerns at the facility while “away”. Would never take my fur babies here.
