Love the folks at Waunakee Vet Clinic! Everyone treats my dog like she is their own, so much so that sometimes it's hard to get her to come home after daycare or boarding. Brittany is especially amazing (she over see's the daycare and boarding), and like everyone else at Waunakee Vet Clinic, shows a love and concern for my dog. I'd also like to add that if you are a hunter, you don't have to worry about side eyed looks, or being judged for your love of hunting (like I've experienced at other clinics). Everyone there is amazing and very compassionate. I would never take my dogs anywhere else. I really wonder if those giving negative reviews have even set foot in the clinic. I highly doubt it. Clients and their pets are treated like family. When my previous pup had to go to Rainbow Bridge, the staff took extra time to find the perfect picture of her for her remains. Also, I was having issues with my pet insurance company. Brittany and others worked with them directly to get the matters sorted out. You are all the BEST!!!
The staff is very helpful, caring, and answered all our questions. We have been taking our cats there for 5+ years. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a positive veterinary experience.
I am so blessed that I live in an area with such amazing veterinary care. The staff treats my pet as if it was theirs. The love all the staff shows for the care of animals surpasses one's understanding of how great love for animals can be. They understand that each home is different and each situation is different. When the staff cares for my pet they are also caring for my family. What a blessing to have a little "heaven on earth" right here in Waunakee.
