Working in customer service myself, I could never imagine talking to someone the way this company has. It wasn’t just one rude statement, but was dragged on and on. By the manager/owner at that. Absolutely disgusted with what I read through of the conversation between the owner and customer. The owner is a child in the way he practices dealing with difficult situations. Wouldn’t recommend if customer service is important to you.
