This is the worst primary care I went there they are asking for referral from my doctor for treatment I have to go somewhere for treatment
I had a negative covid test result. this place would STILL not see me. What was the point of taking the test if a negative result means you can't get treatment for something? RecommendedJust had an excellent experience with Waukegan Immediate Care. Dr Patel and his staff were professional and friendly, the facility was clean and well equipped, I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend Dr Patel and Waukegan Immediate Care without hesitation.

I have went several times n find them to be pretty quick
The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient, while the facilities are bright and clean. The Doctor was very personable and attentive to my wife's concerns and questions. They are the next best thing to a personal physician and waaaaay better than an emergency room!!! I was pleased and impressed by the entire experience. But I truly hope that we won't be needing their services anytime soon in the future.
Super quick, friendly and convenient! The staff was very friendly answered all my questions and got me out in 20 mins!
I was sorely disappointed. I came in while out of state on vacation and was told I had a deductible of $125. It seemed to be expensive but I went ahead and paid it. I've had a headcold and nasal congestion for a number of days so I was looking for a solution to help me enjoy my time off. Unfortunately, all the solution turned out to be was antibiotics (which I was told I really didn't need) and institutions on how to irrigate my sinuses.
