There is an awesome deep water aerobics class 4x/week. Good mix of cardio and strength. You will definitely know you worked out when you get done. You should come give it a try.

Great people, equipment, welcoming all levels of exercise, sense of community.
We started waterbabies here and the first week the pool was warm and it was great. Subsequent times the pool was too cold for babies. I complained at the front desk and they did nothing so then i called the aquatics director. She assured me it would be fixed and the next week it was even colder. Would not recommend!
