RecommendedThere is an awesome deep water aerobics class 4x/week. Good mix of cardio and strength. You will definitely know you worked out when you get done. You should come give it a try.

We started waterbabies here and the first week the pool was warm and it was great. Subsequent times the pool was too cold for babies. I complained at the front desk and they did nothing so then i called the aquatics director. She assured me it would be fixed and the next week it was even colder. Would not recommend!
