BEST customer service, GREAT team of guys that work there especially the aquatics department. I once brought my son for his swim lessons but got mixed up with the days and it just so happened he didnt have swimming lessons that day. This one lady, I can't remember her name, and her supervisor Jackie from the aquatic dept informed me they totally understand how that can happen but didn't want my son to miss it considering he had already changed into his swimming trunks. Great Y, lots of room and things to do! The pool is terrific. Very kid friendly.
Nice facility, pool, and overall decent enough equipment - but for this new of a facility priced as high as it is, the poor internet is embarrassing. It’s so bad that it truly detracts from coming here. At its best, you can barely connect slowly to apps and web sites, but it’s never enough speed to do basic streaming of music or on an iPad even when the gym is empty. It’s clean and well kept, with up-to-date machines. The staff is very friendly and they strive to be as helpful as possible. I had a wonderful experience with Pat, who showed me some extra exercises to assist me with my goals! It is also fantastic for families. My teenage sons love the pool and racquetball. The oldest uses the YMCA for lifting when the school isn’t available.
Bad service, 👎👎👎 not recommended.
