Their technician came out several times in an attempt to repair/service both of my HVAC units. Following the first three visits, the unit(s) would stop working either the same day or a day or two later. Instead of standing behind the work, I was charged for each additional visit resulting from the same, unfixed, issue(s). Now, one of the two units still isn't working properly after 2 service calls, a new thermostat, freon, and a new capacitor.
