Friendliest staff and the dentist makes me feel like someone special and not just a patient. I loved every minute of it. (I know, going to the dentist, usually isn't fun)
Dr Weyandt did all of my cosmetic work. My teeth are so pretty and I have so many compliments on my smile.

Hubby and I have been their patients for several years. Everyone has been so friendly. We originally went to another dentist in Allen and she wouldn't even clean my teeth as she said I had a gum problem. She sent us a list of everything we should have done and it came to $10,000 plus. Another dentist said I needed to see a periodontics but I didn't need that either. I do have my teeth cleaned every 3 months They will continue to be our dentist as long as we live in the area.
Visited Watters Creek Dental to get a second opinion on a bad toothache and whether a crown was really required. Never needed a crown before and wanted to make absolutely sure it was needed. In general I had bad experiences with dentists in the past. Dr Weyandt & Dr Willison's have excellent credentials, are honest and ensured that I completely understood what procedure was needed and why it was is needed. Extremely rude billing department experiences that both myself and my husband received on separate occasions... short nerved, sarcastic laughs, and actually got hung up on for asking a few questions about my bill i received. My husband got billed for things they didn't ask if he wanted the services for. They are solely trying to make as much money as possible and don't care to communicate respectfully with their customers and maintain good relationships with them. Very disappointed with this office and will never return.
