Worst ortho to ever exist on this planet. Not only do they just try to scam you and overcharge you With horrible service. They don’t fix mistakes and want u to pay extra for their faults. We transferred from another practice because the DDS retired. Dr Shannon has been very thorough and helpful. The office manager, Angelica was super friendly and patient- helping to sort out a bunch of things in my child’s record. The staff is very nice each time we go! Recommend!
Every visit to Watsonville Family Orthodontist is such a positive experience. Angelica and Emily always greet us with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel right at home. Transferring from another office can be very difficult. We worked with Angelica and Abby and they guided us through the maze of insurance - thank you for explaining everything with a lot of patience.
