Very difficult to work with and slow to response. For a premium charge to manage your property, you would want a team that care enough to get your property turn around quickly and rent it out again. Trying to get a response from one of the agent, Rita to help my customer but took over a week to get a partial answer. Make sure you do your research before you pick your next property management company for your investment.
