We rented our home for three years, and were totally satisfied. Jessica was amazing to deal with. There was great communication. The portal was very helpful. It was easy to submit a maintenance request, and the vendor got in touch practically instantly. The move out process was easy, largely due to Jessica’s guidance and communication.
If I could give 0 I would. I would have Recommend them before my move out process. I had multiple family’s showing up at my house with absolutely no notice to see the place saying the realtor told them to. I had the realtors call me saying they would be at my house in an hour to show tours multiple times without any other notice. I asked multiple times for a 24 hour notice so I could make sure the house was in order. Last month I was informed by the utilities co. of a water leak at the condo I am renting from Watson. The leak was identified outside the condo at the meter and it was repaired. When I go the utility bill it was over $950.00 and after adjustment was still $471. Watson management said it is very unfortunate the leak occurred but the management company is not responsible for utility bills or reimbursement for the adjustment in the utility fee.
