I was stranded in Ludington and was in a jam. The staff at Watson’s totally exceeded my expectations and took care of my truck in record time. Great people and great service!
Juan was fantastic! Very friendly and professional even helped us with a loaner while we waited for all the paperwork and the title. :update:(Haven't even made the first payment on it and have had nothing but issues with the car.been able to drive it 3 days out of 2 weeks since purchased. Sales manager doesn't want to correct the issue and blames thier own sales department for the lack of communication) Horrible way to do business.
The oil change and tire rotation was done while I waited.
The staff have been very helpful to me in searching for a different used vehicle. Kudos to Matt Wood for his hard work and patience and professionalism. Even though my newest truck was not purchased here I am having all my services and repairs done at Watson’s. Recently I had service work and repairs done on my used vehicle at Watson’s. Also purchased some parts - everything that they have done is top-notch. They have all been super helpful and have taken care of the problems I've encountered along the way.
