We are staying in Ludington from the New York City Metro Area for a couple of weeks and my Grand Cherokee really needed oil and transfer case service. I was really impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the Service Team. My GC is one of the somewhat rare Diesel’s and most Techs elsewhere don’t understand them, but not Watson. I just bought a car 3 months ago and already had to put 600.00 in repairs and when I called them to see what they could do they just blew me off. I'm very disappointed I will never go here again and I will never recommend it.
