I've been taking my jeep patriot to Watson Ludington for service the past several years. I've always been happy with the service they have provided and this time was no different. I'm confident they give good service at competitive prices.
For the most part the people are very friendly. Quentin in the service department has accommodated me on several issues I’ve had with my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, and believe me I’ve had several issues unfortunately. Recently I needed a new radio/control center and I finally got one on my third trip out there. Luckily I have an extended warranty which I highly recommend. The service crew takes care of my vehicle very well and will even wash it occasionally.
Watson’s Ludington always takes care of our vehicle needs every time we call. Tail light out- come right in. Need an oil change - can get you in today. Not sure what this sensor light means - try this to fix it over the phone and it works! Love our Watson’s team.
Had a check engine light on and vibration when driving. Was told it was an ignition coil and it had to come from Ford. Was also time for spark plugs and was told it would cost $813. This was on 2/10/26. Told them to repair. Called the next day around noon to see if it would be ready to go before I left for Muskegon in about an hour. Was told they didn’t have parts yet and they would keep me informed. Did not hear from them again until early morning on 2/13/26, informing me that it was ready and would cost $613.
