Dr. Jessica Kroll is an outstanding addition to your office.
Teresa was great. I think the Doctor should have been there to do the normal oral exam and look at x-rays. Next time the office needs to advise me that the Doctor will not be there so I can have the option to reschedule
Going to the dentist can be a very stressful 8event, even for an adult. Dr. Sangalang and his staff are so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, my family actually enjoy going to the office. There is something to be said about a dentist and his staff, when a 10 yr sets his alarm clock to get up so he can be on time to his appointment. Both Dr. Sangalong and the staff are very patient, especially with the children, and answered all of our questions and addressed my concerns. This was my first experience with Sarah, the new hygienist. She was very thorough, personable and professional.
The staff is always very friendly, and treats me like extraordinarily well.
I came for a cleaning and Sarah was my hygienist. This was the first time that I have met Sarah and she was excellent. She is very friendly and she kept me informed of what she was doing and the purpose for each task. This made me feel extremely comfortable.
