Wonderful Patient Experience
Theresa is the best technician. No one likes getting their teeth scraped but she's quick, makes it seem effortless and is always thorough, kind and professional.
Every visit to Watson has been great over the years! Dr. Sangalang is always very personable and professional. His staff always remembers my wife and I like they see us every week. We would definitely refer everyone to go there!
The visit was not a pleasant one. To begin with, the new person at the front who is obviously in charge is not friendly and has an obvious attitude. Second, I have known Theresa for several years and have no problem with her personally. She is a nice person and is always friendly. The problem is that it takes her at least 20 minutes longer to clean my teeth than any of the others who have done it. I am sure that her cleaning is excellent but she hurts me. I had a great experience at my appointment. The hygienist Sarah was such a welcoming spirit who answered all my questions and continue to make sure I was comfortable as she took my X-rays and did my cleaning. The receptionist had a warm smile that put my fear for the dental office at ease. Dr. Sangalang and his staff are great! Definitely will be back.
I really enjoyed my first visit to your office. Diana and Alice were very welcoming. Sarah was the absolute best hygienist that I've ever had! Thank you for making me at ease for my first visit. I am looking forward to my next one!
Everyone in the office was very professional and engaging. Sarah was an absolutely amazing hygienist. Dr Sangalang was personable and detailed in his review. I would highly recommend this office!
I am very disappointed to learn after the fact that, after my job changed my insurance, this office became out of network. The staff brought me the invoice before the removal of the cavity and I asked why it was so expensive. The staff told me every tooth is different. They did not mention it was because my insurance became out of network. This kind of customer neglect left a bad taste in my mouth.
My overall opinion of my visit was very positive and I look forward to future visits.
