I'm happy with the care I received, but the billing aspect seems sketchy, I paid up front before each appointment, then I get a bill for random amounts after each visit. I didn't have any tests done. The last visit they billed me for was a follow up. I was there maybe 15 minutes to make sure my prescribed medications were working, why the extra charges? Each visit is a different price. Why not just settle it all in one transaction? The lady at the front desk said there should be no extra charges if I didn't have any tests do... read more
Got to the office about 10 minutes before my appointment time and got in. Only had to wait about 10 minutes before being called back. Got asked the questions, given a gown, and within just a few minutes Delaney was in the office and ready to start. Everyone was polite and all my questions were answered. Overall a positive experience!
Professional and thorough. On time. Recommended.
