Front desk assistant was very disrespectful. I tried to express what my infant son wqs experiencing and in mid sentence he says "please hold" with no regards to what I'm saying. He gets back on the phone he says "oh sorry, I had an emergency". As I tried to explain again in mid sentence he does it again. Why is this happening?
