Former Medical Assistant here, the Medical Assistant that did my vitals was rude and nasty. Trishhhaaaaa why are you soo angry locaa?? I have never treated any past patients in the form that you treated me that day. Where did you get "magic pill" from me asking about the side effects of weight loss pills??? Dr. Sweeney is amazing, but the customer service of most of the receptionists stinks! They are rude, nasty, and impatient, which makes Watson Clinic look bad. Some of these receptionists would be a better fit for working in a prison. #Shame
They are so damn rude. The only nice people are Dr. Sweeney, Connie and Amanda. No wonder why this place only gets 2.8 stars. The lady in X-ray has an attitude problem.
Applies to Office 100 only: Nice receptionists. Dr. Sweeney is personable and patient. As with most doctor appointments, arrive early and don't expect to get called on time (4:15 but not seen until 4:50), so not docking a star off the rating for that. Always try to get an early morning appointment!
