As a medical professional myself, I find a lack of reading a patient's chart highly dangerous and stupid! The assistant to the ENT came into the room and told me she was going to put Afrin up my nose, so the doctor could use a scope. I told her no, and she looked half stunned, half asleep and walked out. Always behind schedule and never see patients in time….
Not good. Waited 2 hours past our appointment time. Was trying to ask questions about our health, screening, and issues we been having and doctor claprott kept just trying to get us to go. Worst uncaring doctor I have ever met
Former Medical Assistant here, the Medical Assistant that did my vitals was rude and nasty. Trishhhaaaaa why are you soo angry locaa?? I have never treated any past patients in the form that you treated me that day. Where did you get "magic pill" from me asking about the side effects of weight loss pills??? And after you gave me an earful saying that you were just "blunt" and my sister looking at me, like " Why is she talking to you that way?" Dr. Sweeney is amazing, but the customer service of most of the receptionists stinks! They are rude, nasty, and impatient, which makes Watson Clinic look bad. Some of these receptionists would be a better fit for working in a prison. #Shame
