Parts department will pickup the phone and wont answer it all you do is just hear people talking in the background even after saying hello multiple times. You call again and this time they just hang up on you. You call the sales department to get to the parts department and tell you that you have to call the parts department directly. On 22 November 2023 I purchased a vehicle (**** Camaro SS) from this dealership (sales rep. ***** The paperwork for this vehicle was incorrectly done and the vin for the vehicle I purchased was swapped with another vehicle. Deceitful Business People!!!Stopped in to purchase a vehicle on May 8th, 2023. Was looking to purchase a truck and had agreed on terms and everything was looking good. Went down to finance and signed all paperwork, looked like a done deal. The vehicle needed to finish reconditioning and told us they would call when ready to be picked up. The next day(May 9th) they called around noon and told us there was a problem and the vehicle could not be reconditioned. The truck had a leaking turbo amongst other issues. We did not sell it to another customer. It is in the back of the dealership waiting to be wholesaled. They are welcome to purchase it, but the cost of the repairs will outweigh its value.

Buyer Beware!!I had given them $1,000 deposit for a vehicle. Due to events 8 weeks later I had requested a refund for order that had not even been submitted to Chevrolet yet.After several attempts I see they have no intent of giving me my money back and they reassured me that my deposit was 100% refundable because if I decided I did not want the car they could easily sell it.Too bad a car dealer like them can not even afford $1,000.

This place has the absolute worst service center imaginable. Since day one of purchasing my new *****, every time I take it in for warranty work it's a nightmare. It's like you have to fight with them to fix your vehicle. Even when my ***** had only 500 miles on it I had to take them to arbitration. Which I won. They're like a restaurant that refuses to cook food. They will do anything in their power to not have to work. And even if your vehicles under warranty, good luck getting a courtesy vehicle. I am so very disappointed with the way "business" was taken care of with the purchase of my new car. To begin, on Saturday, January 2nd, I purchased a ******. On the morning of Monday, (they are closed Sundays) January 4th, I texted my car salesman and the finance manager, Jeremy, to let them know that I was very uncomfortable in the car. In this year alone I have gone to try to get my car fixed more thab four times. The first time, I paid the diagnostic fee so they can try to figure why my car would(randomly not start. My car would be dead after I turn it off(despite it had been running a second before) they came back saying I needed a new key.The key was over $200 I paid and went home. l the I realized that the new key would not work in my ignition (or driver door).
