Going anywhere else is crazy when there's this quality of meat so close. Always great.
Great selection of local grass-fed beef and organically raised pork and chicken. Nice, homey, old time butcher shop ambience. Friendly, helpful service! Can't beat that!

I had a filet mignon at Sly's in Carpinteria and it was the best meat I have ever tasted. I called them today to let them know and asked if they ship their meats to other states. They said they will be be starting freezer pack steaks for shipping someday and when that time comes I will be ordering all of my meat with them. I can't wait for for that day, I am so pleased that I was in the area and got to experience such an amazing dinner. Thank you
