Unfortunately bad communication and information about insurance saying there wouldn’t be any costs, but not sending me a bill.

Had a bad experience. Went for an xray and cleaning. Found an abscessed tooth. Dentist took care of the issue. I went home. Two days later the tooth cracked. Her response was "I'm just a simple dentist". She cracked the tooth off and sent me to a specialist.
I have not been to a dentist in over 20 years bc I think a good and honest one is so hard to find . I started to have dental problems that I could not ignore so I decided to give Dr. Watkins a try. Staff is friendly , cost is reasonable and they are upfront with what your total expense will be. Even the specialists I have been referred to are excellent. I am very happy and Recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.
