Poor communication and complete waste of time! I called the day before and was supposed to get a call back that evening from Joe; who was going to take my ID number and verify coverage before making the 45-minute trip the following day. Unfortunately bad communication and information about insurance saying there wouldn’t be any costs, but not sending me a bill.

Had a bad experience. Went for an xray and cleaning. Found an abscessed tooth. Dentist took care of the issue. I went home. Two days later the tooth cracked. Her response was "I'm just a simple dentist". She cracked the tooth off and sent me to a specialist.
