Customer care before, during and after the project
Watkins followed through on everything that was planned including an indoor ceiling repair, the painting of our den and having a beautiful new roof installed on our house. Every Watkins employee that worked on this project was courteous, professional, and on top of their game. They replaced my roof and a roof on one of our church buildings, they did a great job, clean and professional
Super great job by Seth Boykin and his crew. He was professional, courteous and explained the steps and method of installing the new roof. He was so thorough I only had one question which is unusual for me. The crew takes such pride in their work, so efficient and with amazing teamwork. Am so pleased with Seth and the group. I give them 5 stars and the highest recommendation. My roof is beautiful and I am grateful to Seth and the top notch team at Watkins Construction & Roofing.
They were so nice. Seth Boykin was so sweet to call a few times during the process to not only check on how the job was going but on our dogs. I had mentioned how the dogs were anxious around strangers and loud sounds. Seth was so nice to check on them. They cleaned up everything and put all the patio things back in the right spot. I would recommend Watkins Construction & Roofing to anyone looking for a roof repair or new construction.
