They have gotten worse and worse. I always get "the works" the most expensive option $35.00 with bug and polish for dashboard! The last THREE times I have asked them to wipe out cup holders but they did not. This time I ask again when I went to my car and ask if they wiped them he said "if want those wiped you have to buy a deep clean "and then refused to clean them. BTW a deep clean is another $45.00!
