I took my brand new vehicle (apx 5 months old) to the Crestview location. The employee pushed the passenger side mirror in and the vehicle entered the tunnel. While it was in the tunnel, I heard a bang noise and saw the passenger-side mirror hanging from the vehicle. After exiting the tunnel I reported the damage immediately. I joined the wash club but at the time the machine wouldn’t except my company card so the lady told me to swipe my personal card and she could change it in the system. The next month my personal card gets hit for $45. I’ve called and emailed with no response. So I’m stuck paying $45 for a company truck to get washed. Not only that but when I went through half the brushes didn’t even spin. I want my money back and remove all my cards ASAP
Broke my driver's side mirror, 300.00 damage...(Gulf Breeze Location). They told me they are not responsible for ANY damages. Detailers outside stated it happens all the time....AVOID!!!

Got a wash n wax, but then when I got out of my truck when I left I noticed some white stuff that won’t come off. Took it back and they said the soap had gotten under a fender guard and that they couldn’t do anything about it. So it’ll cast me $65 to replace the fender guard. The pics are after they washed it.
