Should be a -1 star. Absolutely the worst car wash ever. $41. Streaks in windshield, dirt on dash multiple places, dirty wheels, dirty mirrors. Really a joke. To top it off they refused to correct because they said I was rude. Go figure, they just ripped me off. Told me to leave or they would call the cops. They proclaim to be a religious place. Very detailed service. Workers were very nice to talk to. They went above and beyond what I expected. My car left very clean! We will be back!
Worse car wash I have ever been to. Ask for the eight dollar car wash they gave me the $12 car wash when I get ready to pay for it was a $15 car wash because it was a SUV and they told me for an additional five dollars I would vacuum it out or I could spend $.75 and go to doors down and use the car wash vacuum cleaner at another location terrible currently do not go to them terrible. I told them no tire dressing and they ended up putting her dress and her mom vehicle they refused to rewash it and they weren't gonna want that... read more
Horrible! Complete waste of time and money... $100 for car wash and seats conditioned, which is fine if you get what you pay for but we definitely didn't get that. Only the front seats were conditioned, running boards weren't even wiped down, rims dirty... looks like they just ran it through the automatic and nothing more. Frustrating.
Way over priced for what you get. Save yourself the time and go to Pensacola. Went a couple times and the attention to detail is just not there.
Customer complaints – they’re not interested! Purchased the most expensive package ($45.86) and found that they ripped out the factory floor mat hold down pins. I spoke with the manager and he said there is nothing they can do! In fact, he smiled and called my buddy, I told him to stop smiling and not to call me buddy! I left with floppy mats and extremely pissed! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!! and an sorry I can't give them a zero.
To refrain from another LONG post about the horrible service I received today, I will say this...BEWARE OF THE LACK OF EFFORT AND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY (that they "are not liable for") BEFORE TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR. My fiancé and I always go here to get our cars looking fantastic. I had one issue of spots on my car and took it back up there they immediately fixed it and had my car back to brand new. The costumer service they have is incredible and I love seeing my car when it is done. :)
