Their schedule is very accommodating, especially for working parents. They provide competitive rates for private or semi-private lessons. Our daughter tried private lessons @ YMCA at age four and five, but was unsuccessful. There is no set age to begin swimming lessons. She's ready now, and excited. very nice staffs, good instructors. Both of my kids love coming here.
My 5 year old son has his lessons here once a week. He went from hating the water to loving it in 8 weeks. The instructors are patient and with no more than 2 kids per instructor the kids get a good amount of attention. I've also had my son's birthday party here and it was great! The staff was very flexible with the changes I made in the schedule, especially when it was clear that the kids wanted more pool time and less cake time. The only thing I wish they could change is to add more lap swim times.
Best swim school for kids in the San Jose Area. The facilities is Uber clean and the instructors are great and friendly. They give you a status report after every single lesson. The best part of the school is the treasure chest kids gets to go through every time the level up in the program. Recommend to all parents
The instructors are great and my son has been progressing across levels quickly. That said.... What sucks is their back office ops- they have cancelled or rescheduled lessons adhoc- literally 5minutes before the scheduled class. We turn up and they say “instructor called in sick”. We have had this happen 4-5times. We have had classes reschedule from the morning to afternoon on a weekend completely messing up our schedules- getting to an agent and talking through this has been a painful experience. My daughter just turned 4 year old last week and today she got herself a great birthday present, a level 7 ribbon^^. She loves the instructors and she always has so much fun swimming here.
