My boys have been going for lessons here since late summer 2016 and we have been very happy. They love being able to play in the separate pool before and after their lessons. My youngest is autistic and has Apraxia of speech and the swim coaches have been truly fantastic with him.
We LOVE Michele our parent and me teacher! Thanks for all your encouragement during class and wonderful personality. Tyler looks forward to coming to class each week.
Before joining Waterworks Aquatics I would really be careful and do your due diligence in regards to some of their terms and conditions. I'd first like to say that all 3 of my children had a positive experience with Amy. She is a great teacher and related well to our kids. Our three young boys are learning to swim here and they're AWESOME! They have amazing instructors who patiently work with each child's specific needs and abilities. We bought a small package to start and Waterworks earned our repeat business so we've signed on for the summer!
If there is a 10 star review for this place, then my 10 stars... Excellent place for my little one to learn swimming. When she joined she was a total new comer to a swimming pool and today she is level 7... A very very special thank you to her instructor Arlene who very very patiently handled her and has got her to this level... My three kids have learned to swim and progressed so quickly at Waterworks! We tried Swim Labs and then Safe Splash- and after three years of lessons, my oldest still wasn't swimming! After only a few months at Waterworks he was swimming and jumping into the deep end. My daughter (who was very timid) now loves to swim and is like a fish! We have nothing but great things to say about this place! Amy has taken our daughter and turned her into a confident swimmer and the parent and me classes have been a great way to get our son interested in swimming. Their methods are gradual and involve a lot of verbal as well as visual cues and are great for kids with different learning styles and needs. The staff is always helpful and friendly and we have never had a negative experience.
