I love this place! Michelle is an incredible instructor.
A must do! My 2 year old was very hesitant when starting at waterworks aquatics. Within the first few lessons he not only looks forward to swim days but has gained confidence in the water. As a parent, I feel much safer with him at waterparks and pool parties knowing he has learned (and continues to learn) the basics. We will continue to take lessons here for years to come.
Signed up at Waterworks Aquatics Highlands Ranch the first week they opened to lap swim. Love the friendly staff, the warm pool during cold weather felt great, the fact that it has been easy to have my own lap to swim as I get back into the grove. Really enjoy watching the instructors work with the little kids. The water pressure and temp in showers is great is you like to take your showers after your swim a few times a week. Our family loves Waterworks! Luke is working with my 2 year old and my 3 year old, and their progress has been phenomenal. He has a great demeanor with the kids and has really worked with them feel to confident in the water. Michelle is working with my 5 year old and she really has connected with my daughter. Michelle is so encouraging, and she has helped my daughter become a confident swimmer. Thanks Luke and Michelle!
First private lessons was amazing. We got to choose our teacher which doesn't happen anywhere else. One on one is fantastic and by the end of the first lesson my five year old was moving a small distance through the water unassisted. The bathing suit dryers are amazing. Where were these when I was growing up? They have a unisex bathroom/locker room which means both mom and dad can wrangle the kids together. My son has taken lessons at a couple of different places, but Waterworks is by far my favorite. I love the option for semi-private classes and the small pool for the kids to 'warm up' or 'cool down' in before and after their lessons is wonderful! The instructor was engaging and gave great feedback afterward, which is something I've never gotten anywhere else. My son can't wait for his next class!
