30 minutes prior to my daughter’s mommy-and-me class, I received a call that the class was too full and because we were the one of the last ones to add, they were canceling our day/time. 30 MINUTES PRIOR! I had made the ongoing reservation by phone and received 2 confirmations in the 2 days prior to assure I’d be on time & prepared. I am giving them two stars instead of one because the instructor was great with my 5 year old and I believe their technique for teaching first time swimmers is good. However, we have decided to discontinue with them because there were three errors/cancellations of our first five scheduled classes. The first one the instructor had a family emergency, the second one we got a text an hour before class saying it was canceled (no reason given) and the third time, we were double booked with another student (who was the one on the ... read more
We love Waterworks Aquatics! We started our daughter on swim lessons when she was 3 months old and started again at 2 years old. We moved to a different city, tried a close location, and just wasn’t near as happy. Hugo is an awesome instructor. But we have never been unhappy with any of the instructors when we needed to do a makeup class. I love to see the manager so hands on, in the water, instructing his instructors, and talking with parents on their happiness as well.
We had great experience with waterworks aquatics.. my daughter used to go to Sunnyvale facility for last 1.5 years and her instructor was Mr. Leo. He is just amazing. Highly recommended.
Over priced, way too many rules on scheduling classes--
Not many adult instructors to choose from. Therefore, you don’t have the opportunity to pick the right fit for you. And 20 minute lessons are not enough time for the pricing. Not much was learned in 6 lessons.
Christian is the absolute best! My son has been swimming with Waterworks coaches since he was 2 and we've always had a great experience. Everyone is super friendly. Highly recommended!
