We had our first lesson here today. The person on the phone (which we were surprised to get since we had also called Nova and Watersafe with no answer) was super nice. The lady who greeted us was super nice. The instructor Desiree was absolutely kid friendly and able to make my son feel comfortable. Sooo glad that we gave this place a chance. If the pool in Sierra Madre is going to close for lap swim during the posted open hours, you should find a way to "post" that online. Its a bummer to get suited and drive over only to find that the pool is closed. No sign indicated a reason.

Another awful day dealing with Waterworks Acquatics over scheduling and accounting of classes. Thank goodness Agua Norte is now open. Let's hope they bring some much needed competition to the area - as waterwords needs a gut check around customer service. They can sub an instructor on your child three weeks in a row and that is fine, but they can't extend your last lesson 3 days past a deadline. No you lose that lesson. This place needs a wake up call!
