Stellar customer service. I stopped in for product support questions, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Genevieve went above and beyond to assist.

Non existant customer service. They send an automated email saying they will reply to you in 24-48 hours and that simply is not true. Its been 5 days and nothing. Shameful.
