The food trucks were great with a wide variety to pick from. My daughter, grandsons and I will go back. The band was good. I didn't catch their name.
Amazing place, just what Wichita has been needing for many years.
Does the fountain ever come on. We have taken the kids to see them at least 5 times this summer and it has never come on.
I'm biased, being a native, but it was a very relaxing walk. Don't count on swimming in the water...I wouldn't. But the wind and sun and the gentleness of the water go well with the architecture, statues, and memorials. The Keeper of the Plains is a sight to behold for those with spiritual or heritage leanings.
