The property was well managed and taken care of and the staff was always pleasant and welcoming. The move in process was smooth and efficient and when the inevitable maintenance issue came up the maintenance process was quick and complete. Waterview at Coconut Creek was my first place on my own. It wasnt a great living experience. The property manager, Justine, is beyond rude when she has absolutely no reason to be. No pitbulls allowed but they're all over the property. (And other "aggressive breeds".)We were told we couldn't have our Pit which was absolutely heartbreaking and unfair.
