Wish the receptionist was more professional and didn’t judge/ make a mom that’s going through postpartum depression feel worst! Unbelievable how rude she was. You’d think them being a pediatrics they’d understand postpartum with the mothers also!
Physicians and nurses should wear gloves along with washing their hands prior to touching a patient; especially during a pandemic. It also seems unprofessional as well as unhygienic to wear false nails. Overall the atmosphere felt completely unprofessional in every aspect and I would rather drive an hour or more away then ever take my children to this office.

They were my drs growing up and they are my first and only choice for my children’s health every single member of their staff is absolutely amazing and the pediatricians there are unmatched in this area for quality compassion and care thank you for taking care of me and now my children

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! All staff is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Estepa is absolutely amazing and takes such great care of my girls. She is so sweet, takes her time to explain, answer questions and provides support. We have even seen Dr. Kardooni, and both Dr. joe and Dr. Alfred and they were all amazing!! The nurses will go above and beyond to make your kids feel comfortable, and smiling. They are always there to answer questions and help in any way that they can! Went here as a child myself, and have been taking my son. Sometimes I may wait longer than others but keep in mind sometimes my kid is sick with the same thing the other 5 kids are sick with in there and the DRs are overbooked. I always feel like they listen and are attentive to any questions I have and never get angry with them over my wait time.
