Nice place to live but the pools are always closed even during the summer !!! They were cleaned yet remain locked. The worst!!!
Had a 10am appointment, drove 35 min to get to the appointment ontime and the person touring named juan was not onsite, called them and they said they could be there in 30 min because he got held up with another client which is fine but if i hadn't called twice would i have just been waiting outside for him to show up half an hour later? Thats what is so upsetting to me.
The shared spaces are always tidy. I have never seen trash piled up or things left out and that keeps everything feeling right.
The manager always waves when I walk by and calls me by name. He is very nice and knowledgeable. That makes the place feel more personal and friendly.
