Too bad I have to give one star. Hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. For the most important purchase of your life, one would expect to get accurate information and be guided on such a long process. Not here! I was constantly left in the dark, and had to send follow up emails to get my questions and concerns answered. Sometimes they weren’t answered at all! I was told I qualify for a conventional loan, with no MIP- wrong! I was told my credit would be fine after... read more
