Horrible Apartments and Management The only 5 stars they could get are from the property management and their family. I lived here for a year and I'm so grateful my lease is up. I had to do my own clean up when I moved in. There were holes in the walls, and dirty carpet. The dishwasher was broken and they said they'd get a new one, I never got that. Great Place, Poor Ethics. I applied and was approved for an apartment at Waterstone a month before the eligibility date. When the time came I had not heard anything about picking up my keys or moving in. I visited the office twice and was told that they were giving the previous tenant a few extra days to move their stuff out. Irritating, but doable. Maintenance, Property manager is more helpful than I have ever had... When something needs to be fixed they are Johnny on the spot. If there are problems the property manager will rectify them however possible for all residents. Prices are really reasonable for people starting over. Diversification is a plus at this property. Lawn service is always done and looks great! I

Bad staff The staff members are pretty rude. They should work on that because they raise their voice at you , just by asking one simple question , they do not greet at all . I called six times & she never answered & when she finally answered she was being pretty rude.

Waterstone Waterstone is a nice place for kids but the apartments its self are just not what I thought there is not enough closet space and the second bedroom is really small also they turned two one bedroom apartments into a two bedroom there is also no plug ins in the bathroom and the office people are not very nice they are mean and don't help verry well but it is in good location there is a school next door and a daycare qt is down the street and family dallor as well but I want to leave because of the lack of closet spa... read more

Waterstone place apartments Living here in this duplex is great. No problems and office staff was helpful. I was approved and moved in. No bugs or anything.

Not worth the money We moved in in Nov. 2014. Every problem we've had since we moved in has taken days to be checked into and none have ever been fixed. The pool has been green with algae in 2-3 occasions. They try (when they get around to it) to have the pool open but in the last 3 months it's only been open a total of 3 weeks and there is always stuff floating in it when it is open. The renovations that were done on our apartment are very nice, but in general all the wood around the complex is rotting out.
