I moved out of waterstone apartments April 30 2020. I requested info on how to make final payment before turning in keys. I was directed to pay remaining fees on the online site I have used every month. I paid all fees before turning in keys. Yesterday I received a collections notice for termination. I was never once called, emailed or mailed a bill. Apparently you are automatically sent to collections for a bill they did not provide at move out. I take my credit very seriously and never have been late on the almost 3 years ... read more

RecommendedWe have lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it! Every contact we’ve had with the office staff has been very professional and friendly. I’ve used the computers, made copies & drank coffee from the Starbucks machine in the office. I do not recommend this apartments, the staff are not very friendly at all, plus the apartments are not luxury for the amount of money you are paying. Expect to have spiders, roaches and mole on the windows and on the bath tubs and let’s not forget that their cabinets are cheap.
Very nice staff that was very helpful in making you a part of the community. Fast prompts work orders to completion. Hands out plenty of information to help you get settled in and be cozy. Well kept grounds and lots of amenities. Plenty of parking and I have not had any parking issues. Activity calendar on each door to read up on what’s going on in the surrounding community also. Big reward for referrals to Waterstone. Big clean cozy place to live.
The mgt staff are very understanding and will go the extra to make sure you feel “at home”! Neighbors are friendly. And, the amenities are an added bonus! We enjoy living at Waterstone!
Replace the dryers in the 'Clothing Care Center' instead of closing it.
Unkept grounds, ant mounds, pests ( pest control won't come because I have a small dog?) No preventive maintenance. My ice maker has been broken and have already made 2 requests, with no response! Was told after living here for 2 1/2 years that I needed to pay pet rent because the office was unaware I had a pet. I paid $600 for 2 dogs. It's their issue if they didn't charge me a pet fee in my lease, not mine! Not to mention the $80 water bill for 1 person?! I'm moving out of here as fast as this lease is up!
stop letting idiots move in that blast music and have uncontrollably barking dogs
