Potential new customer, was promised 2 estimates in March 2021, multiple calls to them and never a call back. They will not transfer me past admin workers.
I have been waiting since May for someone to service my system. I have called multiple times. No return calls no service. I have multiple sprinkler heads that do not work and one full section that won’t come on. Every time I call they indicate how busy they are, how many places they need to be But, someone will call. It has been 3 months now. I do pay for their “Maintenance” Service agreement. Perhaps we will see them in the fall when they come to shut the system down.

This company put in our irrigation and has serviced it for years. Things have went downhill these past 2-3 years. I cannot get my system serviced and have called three times. In short, I’m tired of pestering them for service and looking for a new company.
